Great news! :)

Meek does do some great work but sometimes things are hard to diagnose depending on background noise, time constraints and people power. I remember when Frank-e went to Meek to diagnose a problem and spent a good few hours there whilst Meek was sussing out the tune via the diagnostics plug etc but couldnt find out why the car wasnt running right.
When Frank-e drove to my place afterwards my brother Mik-e and I found the problem within a couple of minutes.... a split in the intercooler core that you couldnt hear. When someone was in the driver's seat giving it a rev you could feel it, actually my hair was moving because of it whilst I had my head under the front of the car lol...

Good to hear it runs but it's not really a tech post.

How much time do you spend in a parking lot with your performance car? If you do a lot of parking lot driving, and hang out in parking lots, chances are you are a ricer, go home and read import tuner. If you’re complaining about noise you should not be modifying your car. You should also consider no longer being a man, please hand in your genitals at the door.

The car's just nuts :)

Problem was the ignition module. Wasn't firring cylinders 2 and 3.

Think I'll send mr chris a PM explaining what was wrong with the car when I got it back from them, because there were a few things I was not happy with, and the car was not running properly - it kept stalling when idling, so I took it to Insight who said they could diagnose and fix up all the other bits.

My rear steering rack is now fixed up too ;) Car's ready for rego :)

meh, i sent him a PM. If he wants to go off at me for commenting about what's happened, I dunno that it's worth the effort. Am not really that fussed. Car's running sweet now, that's all I was ever after really, just cost more to fix than I would have liked.

Keep my name out of it you prawn.
When the car left it was driving.
I told you i dont use dsm link.
We put a chip in the car and you didn't offer to pay to put the ecu back or take it out for that matter
You had suspension arms falling off the vehicle.
We repaired the misfire that didn't reacure after the leads and chip.
probably didnot even charge you for ecu install at all.
and we get guys every day i got this problem with my car so i have to know before they even say anything whats wrong with it.
Bullshit who do people think i am Chris Angel.
Vindictive little prawn.

Ignition module was farked.

All we did was took out the dsm link after we told you on several times we dont tune dsm link.
I would be more worried about your steering rear rack hanging of your mobile defect.
We gave you parts for that as well.
And you told me the car went fine.
Didn't hear from you in a year and now your module dies and its my responsibility?

Hey Chris, I didn't see anywhere in this thread where it says it's your responsibility.

This isn't the place for squabbling, so please- if you have any beef, can you take it to pm.....

Cheers

Chris is probably sick of the negative comments he keeps seeing on the forums, everyone has a opinion, and it should be kept to them selves unless its a fact.

Disputes between one party and a workshop should be discussed in Private.
So can we please do that.
There's 2 sides to every story too, so it pays to talk the matter out with each other.
