So I have been slowly building a 95 GSR from the ground up.
It started off when I had the old 9 second setup lying around the garage:lol:
Then a cheap 95 GSR was up for sale with a blown engine so I snapped it up.
Then I spent around 50 hours stripping it down to a bare shell, brake lines,harness etc.
Then it was off to the paint shop and it was stripped down to bare metal and there was no accident damage or roof rust.
A quick coat of yellow(just for something different)

After it came back from the panel shop we started to re build it.
I bought some genuine evo front guards, Brand new evo 3 side skirts,rear pods, front bar and bottom lip, rear e3 screen and wiper and the evo bracing around the strut tower.
The evo recaros went in and then it was time to start putting my old engine set up in.
The choice was made to run E85 fuel as It wasnt my daily driver.

so after some long nights we finaly started her up and Nick at APC tuned it to E85 and the result on 20 psi was 520hp at the wheels and on 30 psi 628 at 4 wheels:)

All I can say is its very quick on the street and is quite driveable too.:lol:
It makes full boost at 4800 and revs to 9800 so it has a huge power curve.
The specs are
APC built 2.4
Eagle rods
JE Pistons
Eagle Crank
ARP fasteners
APC cylinder head
Cams are a custom grind and are well over 300 duration
oversize valves, valve springs and AEM cam gears etc.
APC custom GT35R turbo
steampipe exhaust manifold
HKS 60mm wastegate
3.5 inch exhaust from turbo
3.5 inch cat, resinator and 3.5 inch muffler(thats a full exhaust system)
Hypertune inlet plennum
indy blue injectors 1600cc
walbro in tank pump feeding
2 044 pumps and a surge tank under the car.
Custom twin plate clutch
Shep racing transfer case
Sandard GSR gearbox(dont know for how much longer that will last :))
Haltech E11V2 plug in
MSD DIS 4 ignition with bosch motorsport coils
EVO 3 wheels and brakes
KYB chocks with king springs.
I think thats about it

yep im guessing a low 10 high 9 at around 142 mph
I want to drive it there run a 10/9 get kicked out and drive home

Nice stats. 9800rpm out of a 2.4?! That thing would be screaming it's head off. If that was in Adelaide, it would be crushed within a day lol.
