Its not the HP that's the issue Loz, it's the temps associated with more hp from adding more boost, NOS etc that effects the silicate content of your pistons and makes them expand ;) Different fuels can help reduce temps as well so you can run tighter tolerances.
AWD. 2 Litre. GTX3076R 0.82.
330kw atw @ 28psi 98 pump fuel.
372kw atw @ 28psi E85 Flexfuel.

Did you block off the factory PCV outlet on the rocker cover?

I hate how the timing belt gets marks...
Do you know what is rubbing?
Or do you think its the pullies making the mark?

Also, I put that turbo I bought off you on the VR4. It made 350kws on pump fuel on low boost! Working well mate! Thanks for that =)

Im not sure what rubs but it made those marks since the day the engine was assembled.
