My GSR/EVO UN ZIP Pt II

After getting rid of the Prelude in the search for a gsr to play around with 4 sum power i managed to get my hands on my new toy..A gsr with full evo running gear etc, I ended up geting my hands on, basically evo 3 spec that has run an 11.1, Cut a long story short motor fukd up within 3 hours of owning the car and only being out of ralleyquip 3 months prior the car is at ARA performance getting motor stripped down and sorted with more head work heres a few pics for gee ups plan is to slowly build it get it on the dek full trim etc etc
workshop height 4 now until its finished with towing duties

Since the motor was out i decided to go bit stupid on the bay, abs was removed fuse box re located battery put in boot and all holes smoothed and welded, enjoy
Then the paint was layed down, i plan to go all out on the car fresh paintjob coilovers simmons 4 recaros full triim so well see how we go for now heres where i am at

Their not original volks, wish they were, they will be up for sale soon to make way for sum FR simmons thanks 4 the kind comments guys, any1 got any timing belt covers avalible asap 4 vr4 motor

have fun getting them new,Simmons closed down mid year and sold the molds to a place in sydney and no1 knows who.Im so scared to take my car out coz im scared of dinting a outter rim now there are no parts or wheel getting made:unsure:

i wont be able to get them new buddy as u mentioned their closed down but im gona go few couple of sets before im happy i can feel it lol, thanks 4 the comments guys piston rings arrived today so should be geting it running over the next week =)
Anyone interestd in buyin the wheels on the car atm??? lookin for around 1k

Thanks mate it's getting their brake lines were dun on the weekend re sleeve the block and start re assembling motor very soon, any one have any stainless steel Valves 4 sale i need a complete set

Welcome mate I know this car well Rabi use to cane the shiite out of it so not surprising it let go just a pity it did just after you acquired it.
You forgot to add the evo bracing on the frt strut top towers to firewall before getting the bay sprayed
Great to see some love going back into her, the last time I looked at this car it had quite a few bodge jobs done to it hopefully you will clear all these issue's up as it definitely needed some restoration.
