searching for 3 or less letters in a word doesn't come up. it does my head in aswell, considering every single model car on this forum has a 3 letter name- EVO, GSR, RVR, VR4 etc
I would agree with the above, say i want to find 20g, it wont come up.
And there threads that dont say e316g, they might only say 16g, and they might be written as small 16g and big 16g.
So therefore noobs cant search and see the difference between the 16g's

indeed it is very frustrating. maybe i will try and integrate a google search into our site (as google can search for three characters)

I'll look into it again but have had no luck with every other version of forum software we've run. It's a limitation with MySQL itself so unless they have changed it and our webhost has upgraded it I doubt anything will change..

thats one thing that really grinds my gears about the search feature aswell. TPS, ISC- everything to do with these cars are abbreviated with 3 letters, and if you cant search those- it makes searching uslees/impossible!

Trust me, it's pissed me off plenty of times in the past too.
Maybe I'll look into some sort of Google search feature. Should be doable...
