we had neighbours that we had words with about some stuff
then they had some big parties and noisey all night etc
an elderly couple over hte road complained about them to the police
on xmas day i came out to find my car with eggs on it

wiped it off(was raining so didnt stick too bad)
next day same thing but worse(also raining so didnt stick too bad)
next day same thing but absolutly rediculous.. was a 40 degree day
baked into the paint etc
plus theres the impacts where the shell cuts into the paint and leaves a mark as it smashes
also had potatos up the exhaust(none big enough to do anything but not the point)

needless to say.. ANY noise and we got the police in to shut them up (late night drop kick partys so they were all under age druggies being morons..always fighting etc)

the girl got carted off by the cops who was causing all the problems(16yo)
the older sister who lived in the house from the begining just had an attitude problem. she no longer lives there now thank god

IF you want to goto the police you will need evidence (footage is best) or an independent witness

They also went as far as to remove the numberplates off 2 of my cars(just the ones closest to their fence)

I've never egged anyone's car. I've got way more respect for cars to do that.

any ideas on who it is Sherman?

I've got a sneaking suspicion who it is Brian. I've parked my car in wayyy dodgier areas so I know it was targetted. Besides last night it was outside my gf's house and well there's one boy who hasn't taken very well to our pairing and she had to 'set the record straight' with him today. So I asked if he knew where she lived and of course he does right? and this sort of boy was the one who was calling her all hours of the night even while we were together...a couple of times at 2 in the morning. So in short I think he's got the motive and is crazy enough to try it.

and of course I'm not allowed to stomp on his jaw either am I? <_<

sure you are allowed. 2am phone calls when he knows shes taken is enough to warrant a head stomp lol.

just go egg who u think it was and see who says something to you or acts weird. then you will know it was them ....

intimidation is always better than violence.. as it instills fear which means no more problems:)

yes......in most cases your absolutely right. but in some cases the act of violence provides therapeutic relief of stress.:)

definatly agree,
its hard to prove intimidation... so you cant really get in trouble..
but assault..sadly.. you get in lots of trouble nowadays due to the whole 1 punch can kill thing getting around due to the amount of pub brawls

you can get in huge trouble with the cops for intimidation.... its just as bad as an assult in most cases.

common assult is usually just a fine, where as intimidation is usually avo's and lots of court appearances, breach an avo and you could get like a 10k fine.

I remember back in 2006 NYE, my car had been painted for 3 weeks... i left my car outside my sisters place in Newcastle (quiet street) and when i woke up at 11am, i went out side and some bastards had egged it and spiked the tyres on all the cars in the street

Pissed me off coz the egg had boiled on the paint and when i washed it the paint had scratches and chips all over it from the egg :( and the next bad thing was all the tyre places where closed for NYD :(

I could just be kids mate driving around being stupid.

Or if it is this dick start taunting him. Make him parnoid before you even do anything.

Write 'i know where you live' on his lawn in round up or salt or peterol and when it dies it'll sit there for a few weeks for him to think about.

Then 2 weeeks later leave a note on his car saying somthing like "your day is coming."

Make hime shit and put him on the back foot. Let the paranoia set in. He'll think some dodgy drug lord ia after him lol.

Then go make a car cake. Eggs, flour, milk and mix it all together on his car. Just to get his car back.

I think touching someons elses car is worse that a punch i the face. I Recon it makes things pretty personal.

The most effective way to annoy someone is not to egg their car, but to pour rancid milk down the vents just infront of the windscreen. Like 2 litres of the stuff. It'll get into EVERYTHING and it stinks for WEEKS.

lol that rancid milk thing sounds harsh. I couldn't do anything to anyone's car though I like the paranoia ideas ahhahahahahha

Nah i can't do anything cos i don't have anything concrete. just a really really strong suspicion. besides gf wouldn't like it and i'd also be lowering myself to his level of immaturity...as her bro said though what a freak >.> annoying fker called again tonight too

The other thing is, just let her hate him for being a weirdo. If you get all arked up you'll look like a dick like him.

Still it'd be good to let him know you know where he lives via dead grass writing.

Easiest solution it sounds is for her to get a new mobile number.
