The Capri u are talkin about was on teh dyno today and made just over 400hp :s

she was on boost going up the gears, just big boost lol was running around 20+ i was also shifting a lil more relaxed, taking care of the box etc etc... also slipping the clutch a lil on take off not just side stepping

i didnt pay too much attention to the dyno area
i know gabe was there pulling his wang and dreaming about the future:lol:

i tried getting the missus in one of my mates xr6 turbo but he ended up cooking the auto and used all the C16.

how did the purple GSR go? i seen that there but didnt see it getting around too much?

nah i love my 1.06 rear, if launched right its perfect and i love how strong it comes on "here it comes here it comes holy shitttttttttttttttt!!!!!!!!!!!"

plus the plan is for more power and more boost all i need is a bigger external gate.

as above, rear 1.06 housing is perfect for me, cant get enough of it

yeah i saw gabe/fatwgn a few times through the weekend, first saw him at the servo around the corner then throughout the event, he saw me kill a few in the drags too.

the purple gsr was nathan/terbulent's we camped together the whole weekend, he hit the track a few times for cruising but didnt drag, he was having issues with his tps i think... we had a lil race on the track together.

Just doesnt seem like you've got much useable boost though Adrian if its not coming on til 6000rpm. I'd have to take your car for a drive one day to see for myself lol

usable boost is in the eye of the beholder, ive had my share of turbo and twin turbo cars, wrx, supra, tx3's and im sick of small quick spooling turbos that are always on boost even when you dont need/want it. the turbo i have now is just the way i like it, i can cruise around all day everyday and not hit boost if i dont want, you fags with smaller turbos dont have that option, always letting off bov's etc calling attention etc etc... when i want boost all i do is drop it back a gear simple. and there is no lag when you launch on boost and it sure as hell doesnt run out of power in the top end, just keeps pulling hard till redline.

come around rob and i will take you for a spin and show you just how much usable boost i have... or by all means line up next to me with your tiny turbo hahaha:P

Waiting for him to get back to me for Friday 19th or 26th March hopefully. He's booked out for the next two weeks. I preferred a Friday but since Frankie might finish up work early we could be able to go anyday of the week Do you want me to let you know when in case you want to come along to have him look at your car again?

forgot to add my car was filthy as there was no car washing facilities at the event... so all i could do was wipe the dirt/dust off it with one of those voodoo waterless carwash things... camping at the back of eastern creek sux, dirt roads and rev heads doin burnouts in it and stirring it up constantly.

done a bit of video editing on the cruise sessions last night, the video's are all 4gig off the camera (1080i resolution)
cut out snippets of my car.. will do snippets of the drags tonight most likely

although my fav was that datto ute that couldnt get away and that mustang that i could lip read saying 'WTF' as i went past

Just seen a Powercruise vid on Youtube . Godfather's run at the 5.00 minute mark (charcoal GSR) looked like it ran pretty quick because he totally owned that 351 XE

haha i killed that poor guy in the bright green 351 xe twice, first on friday which i think was that run in the youtube vid, then on sunday again we were lining up and he told me he was praying he didnt race me again cause he knew he would lose, as we got closer to racing we counted back and he was to run against me again haha he told me not to beat him so bad again but i went all out as he mightve had a trick up his sleeve lol he said it was a 351 with a mild cam...l
