I can see mega hours thinking about the build before doing any building. You can't put a price on your ideas.

Cheers

Oh well we did take a punt on it.

Can't wait to see some figures come out of this. Such a meticulous build, you have a lot more patince then me. Is the car staying Sydney side or are you going to send it to Perth when it's complete?

A bit of an update I had the PAR dog box put into a few weeks ago and its still on the run in tune but hopefully not for too much longer.

Enjoy the vids! Its a bit bumpy in the back but you can still hear it whine  :P

E85 one day jack but did put it back on the rollas at rigolis befor the truck ride back to perth.

Vince only wanted to rev it 7000 and it made 288kw at all 4 wheels on 19psi on bp98. If he had reved to the 8500 limiter I reckon it would have have made over 300kw heres the video

Holy shit I remember reading this a fair few years ago now, what an awesome result, didnt even know about the dogboxxx, note it must be spelt with 3x's due to the explicit goodness on display, time to enjoy it man, well deserved

Awesome. I love dyno runs.
I have 2 of them within earshot of my place. One at rotomotion and havent found the other but it might be at a 4wd service shop...

Ok guys been a while since i updated this thread. Not much going on except,

Put the fuse box back to the stock location.

Wasnt happy with the auto sparkies work so i rewired and mounted the ecu, Cdi, lambda ect to a alloy plate made up under the dash and it sits where the heater box and heater core used to be.

Relocated the oil cooler.

Cut off the redundant water outlets on the water pipe that comes off the water pump. Blocked off a couple of unused outlets on the thermostat housing and tapped threads in the housing top and bottom so i could use speedflow fittings.

Clear lexen airbox lid.

Made that dummy stock muffler i always wanted to do.

Shift light in the airvent.

Ceramic coat the manifold.

Also getting the screamer and dump pipe coated and while the turbo was is off ive sent it back to MRTURBO in QLD to go over it and maybe upgrade to a billet wheel and change a couple things they have rnr-ed lately.

I also decided to dump the gearbox oil as its comimg up to 6000km, i did this with the expectation of seeing big metal chunks as ive missed a few gears and went to 1st instead of 3 a couple times but as you can see in the pic ive been told thats normal/ok.

Also dod the complete shifter bushes changer over and solid base bushes.

Last pic is how the car sits atm.
