Yeah, its really the journalistic equivalent of letting everyone in Melbourne know that there is water at the beach. Wonder what the number 1 car for being impounded is? VR or VP commo?

i hate the news papers and tv just as bad. only out to make a buck. the info is useless, who cares how many cars in different areas of the state are impounded...

i reckon vr or vs... 5 or so years ago i would have said vl but the numbers jus aint about anymore so that would puch em down the list

Yes, and it reeeeeeeally annoys me. The only thing worse is when they show Facebook stuff. It's the news for fuck's sake.

Reminds me of the old "areas with most car thefts", "areas with most robberies", etc.
