[HYP04]

Been keeping an eye out on the forum for a little while.
My brother with his CB Hatch is on here so i thought i'd join and add a few pics of my 4g powered cars of past and present.
Current ride, EVOIII GSR. Had for a little while now. Not much done, my brother has it currently in his garage till i get some room to get it back home here in Tannum Sands.
Working on handling first for this years Street sprints.
UPDATED LIST
ECM Lite, Full 3" exhaust from dump back, 040 pump, GFB Boost controller, 6point Chrome moly cage, 17" Enkei Tarmacs, K Sport GT Pro inverted coilovers, Defi gauges.

Hyper Sports gear RVR 14.08sec 1/4 full stret trim include baby seat.


95GSR, owned this around 10years ago for a number of years, best time 12.61@109mile

That Blue GSR was in Hot 4's years ago!
Im fairly sure I saw HYPO4 in a mag as well.
That car now lives just a few doors up from me!

Only one that made it to a mag was the bottom one, GSR95 which is/was green.
Since i owned it its been threw quite a few hands, and is now 2 tone with trible border due the 4th owner after me not shutting the bonnet properly and bonnet few up crushing the windcreen and roof, and was easier to 2tone it than match the green it was.

The Mirage is now owened by an nice elderly bloke in Townsville. I know he's into his Mini's and races too.
Ive still got the HYP04 plates ready to go on the EVO III.

I probly should have used the word Matured. Nice bloke.
Hows he going with the Mirage, last i heard he dropped a bit of power out of it to make it a little more driveable?
Actually i im sure when he flew down to pick it up was when we had a Cyclone that crossed the coast, and drove it home in flooded waters..

Haha those were the days. Dont forget the Homo Porche driver on Gympy rd, poor nancy boy was shattered.
Was a nice fun car. Well that was 12+yrs ago when mid 12's wasnt so common.

Low res vids of my EVO @ the Rocky street sprints. Only mods for the event are 6point cage and cat back exhaust otherwise stock, Finished 3rd in class 17th outright(118 entrees).
I had coilovers ordered for a month and they arrived the Monday after the event.


Sorry for the quality of the vids, i need a descent media convertor to get them down from 120MB

The EVO performed well for what it is, although the "street" tyres could have been better.
Had quite a bit of oversteer surprisingly in most of my runs.

Next event will be Pittsworth in September, Only adding the coilovers see how it goes.
Tyres will come next year.
