I know we have a large number of peeps in WA/SA/QLD/NSW i just cant think of any where else where we can 1. accomodate the numbers 2. suitable accomodation 3. race until to cbf or your cae give up with a track that it half decent and no heavly governed.
I would love to get the oppotunity to hang with the entire crew and see all these amazing car in the one place at the same time

I think also a lot of people are scared of breaking their car if they havent been to the track/strip before
which plays on everybodies mind. I think if a few tag along events were held first to see the commitment
and let people have a run first to see that their car will be ok to run(or break lol), its just getting over that first hurdle.
Sometimes its easy to get carried away thinking your car needs heaps of work before hitting the track when that
isnt always the case.
I would also be happy to help but I would want a decent show of proven commitment before I tried to get
anything going, I have enough on my plate as it is to go to the effort for nothing.
In saying that I can only hope that it can come together as I too would love to have all the mitsis together.
There is nothing better than being at a event with like minded cars and people.

I believe that to be the problem though Dave, there needs to be commitment from the community.

Too many of these events fail for one reason and one reason only on here.
Nobody sets a hard date.
It's always EOI IN JANUARY etc. Sorry man, I'm not 19, I don't have every weekend free every month you know?
If you want something to actually succeed, don't set it up to fail from the start.
And this post came out a lot harsher than I thought it would, but I honestly can't think of a better way to word it so apologies if I offend.
