Reason for selling: sick of looking at it. dont get time. new project on the horizon

The good Bits

* Installed 4G63T 2.0 L DOHC turbocharged engine from a Mitsubishi Galant VR4 imported from Japan.

* Upgraded the TD05-14b turbo with a TD05-16g (small)

* Installed Chinese Egay intercooler

* Installed oil cooler

* Installed aftermarket oil catch can

* Replaced factory ECU with Adaptronic 420B aftermarket unit and tuned (needs a beter tune and dyno time)

* Removed the factory MAF sensor and replaced with MAP sensor and 4" pod filter with custom cold air induction

* Installed custom 2.5" mandrel bent turbo back exhaust system with high flow cat and centre offset turbo muffler

* Replaced the factory fuel pump with a Walbro 255 L/h high flow performance pump

* 550cc injectors

* Excedy Heavy Duty Racing Clutch Kit (~1800 lbs)

* KYB gas struts/shock absorbers all corners

* King Low Springs all corners - upgraded to GSR/EVO size on the front

* Whiteline Strutbraces front and rear

* adjustable (18 mm+) Whiteline Swaybar on the rear

* Replaced all suspension and power steering bushes with Super Pro polyurethane

* Swapped the factory wheels with 15" lightweight alloys

* Replaced all engine mounts with polyurethane

* Fire extinguisher installed

* Battery relocated to boot and dash mounted isolation switch added.

* Has mod plate for motor (very important)

* Have replaced manifold gasket, tappet cover gasket.

The Bad

* Paint is f**ked

* interior consist of a dash and 2 seats (important if u want to re - register)

* tappet cover cracked leaks a small amount

* small oil leak i cant find

* power steering res is leaking ( have spare)

* front tyres way to big too stop wheel spin at drags

* need new front pads

The car is located in Townsville, QLD. Pickup is preferable - however freight can be organised at buyers expense only about $500 to brissy.

This thing is fun to drive and if you wanted to spend a bit of time would make for a interesting daily driver.
If You wanted to spend a bit of money on a bigger turbo and other bits it would make for a very quick and cheap runner in Sport Compact.

I saw three of these parked outside the local Starbucks this morning, which tells me only one thing. There's too many self indulgent weeners in this city with too much bloody money. Now, if I was driving a 1992 Mitsubishi Vr4 Galant? You would not be a self indulgent weener sir. You'd be a connoisseur. Precisely, Champagne would fall from the heavens, Doors would open, Velvet ropes would part.
