Hi all, been asked by a few people to put this up. This is what im currently building, it is being built to be a daily that i can take to the track/drift and drag. I chose this setup because i like doing things differently and dont like following the heard. I wanted something with mega potential should i ever go to town on the 4g63 and something that wont be too top heavy and handle like shit. I previously owned a 77 celica with a 1JZ VVTi and a silvia with a S6 13BT + GT45, they were both fun but were never going to be the total package i was after. So i figure there is no better 2ltr 4cyl i can think of and the corolla is a whole lotta fun, just lacks a bit in the power department.
specs are :
evo 7 engine 35 000ks
supra R154 g/box with bill hincher bellhousing kit
npc button clutch
stinger 4424
hilux diff
s13 coilovers front with r33 300mm rotors/ 4 piston calipers
ma70 rear brakes (still to come)
cooler/exhaust blah blah blah
hope you all like it

I'm glad you put some pics up .
Should be an awesome little surprise package when finished. I would love to see the look on the engineer's face when he goes to mod plate this.
If I wasn't so bloody busy with my own stuff I would love to lend a hand on a project like this.

Subscribing to this!
What tranny/adapter is that?
Do you think it will pull up a little better with the new brakes

wow thanks guys for all the feedback. I have been shopping for bits all over the place lately and ppl have been asking me what im building, i say ive got a ke70 corolla and before i can finished they all assume "so your putting a 4AGE in it?" The look on everyone's face when i say "no, evo 7 engine" is absolutely priceless.
Missile - the bellhousing is a Bills auto fab (Bill hincher) bellhousing, he is in the states and is an awsome old character to deal with, he is more interested in helping you out with your RWD 4g63 than making a quick buck off you. My bellhousing kit set me back around $650 delivered and came with almost everything needed and the bellhousing fits like it was a factory item. He offers quite a few bells for a few different g/box's. Better yet he has designed the kit to accept factory parts rather than using custom everything and making it a bitch when something breaks.
Here is a couple of links for anyone pondering a rwd conversion
Will update as i go along, wont be much happening for a week or 2 as im in the middle of moving

This was my inspiration for the build, it used to belong to a mate of mine, was only making 260hp and weighed about the same as a KE but beat most things that came up next to it, and fuck did this thing get sideways ALOT!! Its actually a lancer but if you ask me it looks like a cross between a AE71 front with a meteor rear end. This was stripped down to make way fro a series 6 13BT but never happened and was sold back to the original owner and is now apparently about to recieve a full house 2JZ so if you see it on the street soon dont even bother to race it.

suspension bolts straight in, as well as the brakes, just a matter of mixing and matching parts
