Hey, just looking at getting some cams for my vr4 4g63 in my sigma. It's running forged pistons n rods, arp bolts n studs and bc valve springs. Running a Garret T04Z 0.7 front and rear housings. This will be driven on the steet and down the strip, it doesn't have to run like factory obviously but just don't want it to be a pig on the street. Looking at 280's, just wanted to know what others using these cams think of them? And any other options?, looking at running about 25psi. Also running adj cam gears... Any input appreciated

A few guys are running 280s in streeters. There is a recent post in the Evo 1-3 forum about cams which had some interesting points about the differences between brands.

I have a similar sized turbo for my Mirage Cyborg (GT4088R, .95A/R) and will be running 280 degree HKS cams....
25psi that turbo will only start coming alive! It really needs 30+.
What about a GT3540R .84 instead? Or have you already got the turbo?

Yeah already got the turbo... Might see how we go if its still too laggy might go E85... Especially if it becomes more available... Guess at the track i could go a bit more boost... Just wanna keep it running safe...
