Ha yess I see that now, Its just a workbench, its only a Garrett GT2860RS Disco Potato, but its for sale (turbo not the bench)
Where I live we still dont have any E85 I think Brissi or maybe even Caboolture may have it now? so it would be 100k round trip for fuel. In that case the injectors will probally need upgrading as well. to get her started it may just be on 98.

So ur the 1 who won the COP on US ebay DAMN U!!
Were you bidding on it as well? I stayed up to 3:30 am for it and the bidding war in the last few seconds, I was going to get the parts and build my own one however this one delivered from USA is cheaper than what I can make it for with the delivary of the parts. I just did a track on it and it says:
Your Item's Status Your item was processed through our ISC MIAMI FL (USPS) facility on September 28, 2012 at 1:39 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination.
hopefully its here soon.

what are the rear brackets going to cost you?

Just costing the cost of the materials. A fabricator friend wanted to give it a go, If they don't turn out then l'll get a set of racefab ones, I did my 3000gt front and rear ones and they turned out well. If the turn out well ill do a model up in cad
Sold a few more bits and pieces over the weekend and have a buyer really interested in the bmw so hopefully that pays off for some extra cash.

Nice one! It's a good feeling when you can move on some gear to get $$$ to fund new gear!
I know would be good however the BMW has cost me clost to $1500 in the last week with Major service, QLD saftey certificate, Wheel alignment and Ballence and payed rego as well. Hopefully it goes I have a deposit on it to hold it to the begining of November.
Didn't get up to much over the weekend, I made 1 return hose. its only AN6 so was thinking to do the returns lines all AN6 and Lines from the tank, pump to the fuel rail as AN8 lines now for the Dual Bosch 044 pumps. These fitting and lines are not Speed flow however side by side they look almost Identical and appear to be of a similar quality.
The Brembo Brake Adapter brackets were not finished in time so they should be ready this mid week.
I've found a Rear LSD touch wood it will be here by the weekend.
I'm redoing the Brake lines to suite the brembos and have removed the ABS. Looking into Non abs cc lancer hardlines (if not I'll redo them myself) as replacement and Looking at purchasing a 1G DSM NON ABS Brake proportioning Valve to go with my willwood proportioning valve for fine brake tuning. Ive read of a few people on other forums do this when the remove there abs.
If anyone has removed the abs from gsr and have done the brembo conversion any help would be great? with what they did with the proportioning vavle setup and hardlines.

I now run twin master cylinders though and just redid all of the lines from scratch, only cost $75 for the fittings
and line to do it.

I have also used hard lines from a cc lancer but also used the proportioning valve from a cc lancer with brembos and evo 1-3 twins, however i have since ungraded to evo 5 brake master and rs proportioning valve
I used cc lancer sedan hard lines with a evo 3 RS proportioning valve on mine first time around. I now run twin master cylinders though and just redid all of the lines from scratch, only cost $75 for the fittings and line to do it.
Im thinking of running...
Option 1: Evo 5-6 master cylinder with a eclispse fwd proportioning vavle or 1g Non abs proportioning valve or cc proportioning vavle and use cc hard lines + willwood vavle if nessercary
Option 2: Evo 5-6 master cylinder with a eclispse fwd proportioning vavle or 1g asb proportioning valve. and redoing all the hardlines + willwood vavle if nessercary.
Ive got all the hardline bender and Double flare kit, and basically all access of any hard lines and fittings from a supplier for bugger all. I and have done all the lines once but need to change them all from the 3000gt to suite the brembos.
Would getting some hardliness out of a cc sedan from a wrecker be quite difficult and they would change through the roof for it?
Id imagine it would be quite difficult to find evo 5 RS and evo 3 RS brake proportioning vavle? Idearly thats what Id like though.
how would the cc, 1g and Eclipse Non ABS proportion vavles fair with the Brembos?

The hardest part of removing/installing the lines is the rear left line witch goes above the fuel tank from the right hand to left hand side of the car.
Evo 1-6 RS proportioning valve are the same I got mine through meek a month ago
Part Number MB699551.
As for cc/dsm prop valve with Brembo's I didn't have any problems it braked fine for both street and track use. The only thing I noticed was I had longer pedal as I was only using the stock Evo 1-3 master cylinder.

I got my hard lines from a wrecker in Sydney for 50 bucks from memory.

Thanks for that, how much did the MB699551. set you back?
With the hard lines thats what im worried about know of a cc sedan 4 door at a wreckers up here but he will charge 3 times that so i might just have to make my own lines again

Hopefully It should go pritty well, The only thing im a unsure about is the crankshaft is still factory 1g 4G63. Reading up apprently 2g have crankwalk? 1gs are apparently better? but nowhere Ive read gives an acutall power figure they are rated at? Is it worth putting a aftermarket crank in? I was thinking not to at the moment and use my spare bock I have and build a stroker one day down the track instead.the old garret gt3076 with a .63 is a good setup especially with the 4" cover
I've spent all moring running around to all the auto wreckers for CC 4 door brake hardlines.....no has a cc except 1 wrecker....and he said he wouldnt sell them because it was too hard....what a joke......Looks like ill be bending up another set. They have a few Ce 4 doors? would they be simular?
I spoke to meek and got a price on the Evo RS brake proportioning vavle, should order on in a few weeks.
This weekend I might start the new Fuel hose lines.
Has any one looked at modify or redoing the fittings and lines on the mounting plate for the intake fuel pump feed and return lines? The are all push on factory hose lines. I was thinking of maybe welding new swivel fittings on that are larger to redue the restriction of fuel flow though starndard hose? or shouldnt this matter too much?
