I make that about 3200rpm. 3.545s GSR .666 5th (Evo II 1st and 2nd, Evo I 3rd and 4th)
205/50 R888s on the 15x6" OZs

You know something... I forgot about the speedo drives and took the photo below over the weekend.
The speedo drives have a different number of teeth in EVO 3, 1 and GSR gearboxes as pictured below. So depending on what you've mixed and matched, your speedometer can relatively close or completely off
I suppose the rule of thumb is to keep the front diff ratio, speedo drive and instrument cluster all from a matching combo (but then you've got overall tyre diameter to contend with).
