NSW FTW! Born and bred!

I lived in Vic while I was training in the Army. Thats when I bought the car. I"ve been in Townsville for 4 years now. I changed my address on my licence with them and then my rego and Vic roads just keep sending my Vic rego with QLD address.
Army was exempt from changing rego because of the rate of posting locality changes...not sure now though..i just keep paying it....(its cheaper:P)

I need the panels to go on and full respray first.
