STOP! Undoing it there will twist the fuel line and end up tearing it!!! Just loosen it a tad then get underneath the car and undo it at the other end!!

i undo it from there, just make sure u have 2 spanners, 1 to hold the line so it doesn't twist and one to undo...
but dont do it with just 1 spanner, u could bend / twist the hard line..

That was the way I did it the first time, the rubber line twisted so much it ripped!!! Much safer to get it at the other end.

$145 + $11 postage the gss342 should be more than enough on 1.5bar.
i'm more concerned about the car running too rich cos i've already got an eprom blowing quite a bit of black smoke.. but i don't want to unecessarily spend money on a regulator so i can buy my ebc.

hey guys a word of word of warning regarding walbro fuel pumps
i recently upgraded mine in the evo 3 and when we did it we changed the efi line from the top of the pump to the bottom of the cover as pictured above.
the walbro pumps purchased from a.s.s. (this is the buisness initials as i will not name them) do not come with this fuel line
this lasted for a day before the efi line swelled and the webbing inside came away and the line popped.
normal efi line will not do
3 replacment lines where used all suffered the same fate. you must replace this line with fuel line that is suitable for being submerged.
NOT fuel resistant line.
both the blue shit and the red shit that most places sell is not suitable.
stainless braided line is also no good as it is to small a line to secure properly
do not listen when some one tells you that all efi line is the same and that there is only 2 types of fuel line high and low pressure. they are wrong.
this can lead to a engine failure because it will happen when you are up it for the rent then sudenly you will have no fuel pressure or flow massive lean out.
i am not bagging the pump. the pumps are great after i had this issue sorted the car hauled ass so much harder in the top end
just a $2.00 peice of line can cause much heart ache

i'm running a sard adjustable fuel reg because the car pretty much flooded with the bigger fuel pump. it's great having one, and are quite affordable these days

You could have an inferior quality fake Walbro pump. Read here: http://4gtuner.com/f...opic.php?t=3831 . The Nissan boys have known about these for a while.
