Fan doesnt want to turn on at 105c deg. WTF?

can anybody tell me what is controlling and Turning this sucker ON? Sensor + relay? or Sensor + Ecu + relay?

i have to keep Fans on all the time from ECMLink. can anybody advice where to look for problem?

I know with vr4s we have a sensor in the lower radiator which basically pulls down to ground when a temp is reached.

Not sure with the evo though.

i believe the same for an series 1 gsr and evo1.. theres a sensor in the bottom of the radiator which does the same thing...

i believe series 2 gsr and evo2/3's, the fan is controlled by the ECU

It would then be using a sensor from your t stat housing I'm assuming. I'd check those out.
