Doing an eco toxicology assignment I found this site, there a lot of photos of Chernobyl floating around but these are very well done.

thats very good , I know a ex Age( newspaper ) reporter and he always find shoots like that
he was just in NY , USA , and was meeting all the homeless people and taking pics , I will try to get some

Wow, the eeriness of being in deserted Chernobyl near 25 years after the accident is very profound.
(When looking at the images did anybody else get flashbacks of playing PC games like Stalker and Fallout 3 or similar lol...)

just found this and thought id bring it up from the dead. the link to the pics still works fine. haunting photos
its strange that we heard so much about the anniversary of 9-11 the other week, but not a thing was said in april about 25yrs since chernobyl.
4g93t jumbuck conversion. PRANGED 18/3/12, CHECK MY MEMBER RIDES Page 11. no serious human injuries.
ON THE ENGINE STAND. g4cs 2.4l + Gt35r. PLUS: auto conversion + Awd coming.

Probably just as many, if not more lives, affected by the Chernobyl disaster, but yet its forgotten and in the past.
