As far as i could see he was asking questions as he may be interested?i wasnt saying i may be interested i was saying that i would take it? I was keeping up just fine!

Apparently thats an unwritten law on here? in my expeirence if you want it you say you want it not ask questions then decide, im new to buying from forums all i seen was something i was willing to buy and stated i would take it and that you where asking question and exspressing an interest.

now for example if i had a car for sale and someone asked if say are the tyres where ok ? and then the following post said "hey ill take it" i would no who wanted it.Do you see my piont? thus why i dont understand what all the fuss is about and to be honest i find myself embarresed to have gotten caught up in a "but i wanted it first" situation.

I would think first to express an interest has the first call as they have expressed interest, and if they don't take it then the next person in line can have a go.

Otherwise you cant ask any questions and just have to say you'll take something without knowing the details.

If this is the system there will be more sellers getting stuffed around from sales falling though and more confusion after that happens to who is next in line, as people will ask for the info they need after saying they will take it. Then realize its not suitable.

Id say first to post up or PM the seller has dibs.

That's just the way Ive taken it. Not here to start a keyboard war.

that for an exaple is what i would see as an expression to buy he stated he would take pending reply to his question.

the tittle stated item as mint condition so there for what is needed to ask seller has offerd a item for sale at a price that i was happy to pay i dont need any info i no what i am buying. a cusco 1.5way lsd to suit a evo3 in mint condition?
based on what you saying if i ask a question before someone else i have "first Dibs"? I dont understand i thought its upto the seller to decide who buys and who doesnt i had just stated i would take it and would go and pick it up asap as i live local to his area ,then it turned in to a i didnt post first so i have to get in line? from what i can see im the only one who said i would take it.I dont need any more info the seller does have a excellent reputation in the 4g community and he said it was mint thats all i need to no.

Nah but seriously lets not get nickers in a knot here; Brian is a genuine buyer and not a tyre-kicker by any means so if he said he's interested then he will probably be buying it.

nah not a daily mate.......if the deal comes through..... it will go into the "family" track car. I have grabbed a cheap GSR and done the 4G63 conversion because my daughters are always after me to let them drive my.....that aint going to happen.

PS: Usually in a forum the person who shows genuine interest first calls shotgun, but ultimately the seller can sell it to whomever he wants, especially if he needs the $$ quick with minimum hassle and downtime.
