I'm happy to hold a working bee on cars/bbq/swim/pissup at my joint if anyone wants to get their finger out (under orders from swmbo, no shit heaps or broken down cars are to be left at my joint to be worked on though).

Whats happening with the cruise on the 19th LJ?
I'll be there either in my VR4 or CBR250, xjokux should be there in either CB Lancer or Yamaha FZR600. Marek and his bro should be there in their E8 MR's.
Please let me know as soon as you can.
My phone number is 0407 993 288 should you need it for some reason.
Oh, and bring a CB radio if you've got one.
I had some other stuff to say but I forget..

Ive got a route sorted for you guys if you want to come down this way.Not sure if i can come along, I may be able to, if I do Ill be in a 34 GTR..(see note below)..No Evo's left between either of our Garage...
will you let me bring my GTR? hahaha
It involves going over Tomewin Rd then connecting to Numinbah Rd over to Nerang-Murwillumbah Rd, this leads you back to the M1 at Nerang and home to Bris etc.
Ill post the remainder of Maps (from 5 onwards) tommorow hopefully.
Total time (approx), from joining Stewart Rd back to M1 at Nerang- 45min/1 hr of driving.
Not sure if some of you remember, but Tomewin Rd is the road that leads into Murwillumbah that has the canefields etc. Pretty open roads, and little to no police on the road (especially the Tomewin side)
Jamie.

Cars are water resistant aren't they? Lol
I'm in regardless, but I think we should leave the bikes at home for this one.

Some people get really upset if they don't get to eat! haha
EDIT: And Jamie, is this the full route?
Do we come back the same way we went or a different way?

Sorry been a bit busy, rest will be up by tommorow at least...you go in one way and out another..theres a stop at Murwillumbah if you like...end of Map 5...about 30-40 min drive time after turning onto Stewart Rd from the highway (Map 1)..there is a Bp here too.

if weather is crummy and chances of rain, i'll probably hitch a ride from you. as much as i would like to take my car, it doesn't like the water very much

If u are though can u bring your camera like last time?
Ok peeps,
1st meet point is for the northsiders at Milton maccas @ 9AM, for 9:30 leave.
2nd meet point is for the southsiders at Yatala BP @ 10AM, for a 10:30 leave.
We'll meet the GC people at Helensvale train station @ 10:45 for an 11am leave and start of the cruise..
Further details by Jamie.
l'll be at all meet points in a white VR4.
I was thinking that the cruise would be a bit longer than 40mins each way hence the late start.
Any questions/ideas let me know

Khubner - do you reckon that the ferry rd spot is the place to meet? We'd probs get there around 11..
Does that align with the times when the cars rock up and cruise? Lol
I was thinking something more central would be good, but then it'd be a useless detour in and out via Smith st, unless we go GC hwy, a bit slow at this time of year though, tbh it's probabaly not worth it. I'm thinking you GC boys should make the trek out to Helensvale to save the others getting annoyed perhaps? It's not that far anyway.
Do you know of this spot Jamie, is it worth it? I'm easy either way, it's just hard to keep everyone happy and people get agitated really easily on cruises lol
I was hoping to spend more time driving rather than sitting and chatting, and I'm sure 99% of you feel the same way.
Whatever floats your boat lol I don't really care myself.
My car is getting new tyres and a wheel alignment tomorrow
Do you know if you'll be coming Jamie? If not, I'll park my car and hitch a ride with Dom! haha
Oh and in case anyone was hanging on the edge of their seat haha, Marek won't be coming. Silly bugger booked something else in to do.
Don't forget to bring your CB radio if you have one.
