I run a Tial Stainless Steel rear housing. Performance wise, they flow virtually the same, if not a couple of % better than the GT Garrett items. My reasoning is due to weight, ease of fitment, and being stainless it'll never corrode. Plus looks hot
I figured updates weren't worth alot without some new pics. So here's a couple.
I've changed the colour scheme slightly, and switched the bright red to a pearl/metallic colour, its actually the red from a ralliart colt. Figured it matches the anodised red alot better. Also in the changes, i ditched the bright red silicon for black, the turbo ones, and cooler ones with the FP logo. I'll more than likely anodise red the cooler pipes, and prob the airbox in black. Trying to keep it very clean.
Also, a pic of my oil/air seperator. Its a proper seperator, not an oil catch can. Can plumb it back to the intake legally and not be concerned about any oil entering the intake pipe at all. Runs a tap atm, may plumb to the sump, havent decided as yet.
Also, braille carbon battery. Its actually designed for STi's, hence the pink bracket, which i'll get anodised red also.
its about time there was a update
what size weld on fittings did you use on the tappet cover todd
