Not yet mate. Been busy with work, so havent had alot of time to get any more done to it. I'm up in the air atm deciding if i should change the intake manifold before i put the engine in.
Will be plenty of video's, once i get it running, dont worry bout that.

Quite simple. When people play with things they really shouldnt do. I find it quite common that people with no mechanical knowledge or even the ability to understand how an engine works try and modify them. The previous owner had put a boost controller in, and plumbed it from the vac/boost line that goes to the fuel pressure reg. So basically, it bled the boost from that point. So end result, as boost went up, fuel pressure went down, detonation occured and there you have 3 pistons with borken ring lands.

New intake manifold arrived...
Car progress as follows....
Engine being assembled and fitted in the next two weeks.
Engine bay painted
Undercarriage being painted
Full suspension overhaul, all blasted, painted, ceramic coated, braided lines, new brake pads, new rotors, all new suspension bushes, tie rod ends etc etc.
Alloy Radiator being done at present
Had another billet fuel rail made to suit 14mm top injectors
Heat shield and turbo manifold ceramic coated
Gearbox and Transfer case coated
Driveshafts have been rebuilt
All new engine mounts
Fuel tank out, surge tank and new lines fitted. Stainless steel 1/2" Feed line from tank to engine with speedflow fittings/attachments to braided line.
Once the engine is in, I'll be plumbing up the new intercooler, doing all
the alloy fab such as alloy airbox, alloy intake from front bar to new box, plumb back the blow off valves etc. Alloy overflow, washer bottle and oil air seperators are being made, the washer bottle and overflow are identical to the factory items except in polished alloy.
Once this is done, all lines will be done with speedflow/earls fittings and braided line. Any where it could touch the body, I will do in silicon, to avoid any paint damage.

Sorry, I havent updated this for ages.
Build certainly hasn't gone exactly to plan.
How it sits right now, I'm just about to put the fuel lines back in, then the engine/box. Will just need to fabricate an airbox, part of the intercooler pipework and just a few finishing touches.
Worst part about building it, is that with the delays coming from work and other commitments, I've just continued buying parts for it, that I really didnt need. (I ordered 222 Genuine Mitubishi Parts from Japan just last week).
Anyways, I'm not changing anything else on the car now, so will be going within the next month.
Will take some new pics and update shortly.
I'm just hanging to finally fire it up and hear it.

awesome, sounds great!
nothing ever goes to plan.... My build up is nowhere near as complex as yours as been and it still pained me how long it took to get everything sorted.
Im sure youre already well aware, but the wait is worth it
