61na = 61kwatw
turbo the 4g61na ? standard engine, vr4 turbo manifold ,ca18det injectors, ems stinger,2.5inch exhaust,good tune, 13psi boost =142kwatw ? total cost around $3200 if you do the basics yourself,and it was hard to get power to the ground 1st and 2nd ? i wont tell you the 63 isnt better for power but for cost the 61 gives them a run for their money .

reason im asking is on the CB GSR forums, there is a silver GSR hatch wreck with a 4g61t in it. the engine is in good nick and his asking 1k for it all.
im sure finding a 4g63 will be more than 1k. potential will always go in favour of the 63 but for 1k the 61t does look quite attractive.

do it, the 4g61ts and sweet motors and super strong, same rods and shit as the 63 vr4 motors and short stroke, rev hard. the power output is only dependant on the turbo put on it. the standard 4g61t turbo is stupid small and chokes hard. i have made a very easy 175kwatw with a 16g turbo on one with mild other mods to cooler exhuast fuel and piggy back. and for the price man its cheap as. and on a plus side easy to make legal also.
