Stock piping would be a waste with this throttle body. 63mm will make plenty of power until you really want to get silly with it
For the record, the throttle response with my S90 is just as good as the stock unit. No problems here at all.
Do you have the links to the people that say they are having problems with them?

How much time do you spend in a parking lot with your performance car? If you do a lot of parking lot driving, and hang out in parking lots, chances are you are a ricer, go home and read import tuner. If you’re complaining about noise you should not be modifying your car. You should also consider no longer being a man, please hand in your genitals at the door.

Depends on size of your piping. Where it's too big, you'll get full throttle at 3/4 throttle. Less control, less good.
Full throttle at 3/4 throttle doesn't make any sense . how can this happen with a cable controrred butterfly ???????????????
What a larger TB does if makes the engine more responsive at the same opening as it flows more air

Im just thinking now that it is just a shit qualitly throttle body, leaks like crazy everywhere and where just chasing our tails with it.
So what are these S90 ones like?
Anybody running one on a 6?
Think ill just change to one of those and use the other one as a paper weight

The throttle body I got had all these problems!
-surface where joins into inlet wasnts flat,
-idle control motor section that joined onto throttle body didn't have a gasket so it leaked, and wasn't flat surface
-idle control motor didn't seal inside
-bearings didn't seal onto main shaft
-bearings wernts sealing, they were not rubber seals
fixed all of that and is fine now!
But would never buy an aftemarket throttle body again!
By the way this WASNT an s90 throttle body!

I tried to search for an old post of mine but couldnt find it so I'll advise my experience with it.
It didnt even piece together properly, was a bitch to set up the TPS, even the ISC wouldnt bolt to it properly that it would leak water if I had ever tried tried to run it with an ISC!
The damn slots inside it for the ISC were bored so close to one of the main throttle body flange bolt holes that the metal collapsed in between them. Wasnt even 1mm in thickness between the channels.
I had the ISC holes in mine fully alloy welded up and machined back - I totally removed anything to do with the ISC and just used it as a plain 70mm TB which I tohught would sort it out.
But it didnt stop there... its sticky sometimes and wont close fully causing high idle, the TPS mount is the most useless POS there is and very difficult to setup. When you tighten the nut on the throttle linkage wheel it pulls the butterfly into the side wall of the TB Yes, its that fkn stupid.
I locktite the nut in the right spot, but its a fukd thorttle body regardless and warn everybody against buying them.
Its the biggest waste of $325 I ever spent on the car (thats the price they were several years ago).
I complained to the seller NOS63 years ago but he continued to sell them regardless and scammed people out of their money.
They advertise 'bolt in replacement' etc but they are anything but.
Mine is doing its job at the moment as long as it doesnt get adjusted from its current setting, but I'm going to piss it off anyway for either an S90 or BMI throttle body which have come down a lot in price.
The last pic of the TB on the Magnus manifold is mine.
DO NOT BUY THESE THROTTLE BODIES OR ANYTHING THAT LOOKS SIMILAR TO IT.
