Need more info!

What car?
What Turbo?
What size exhaust?
Any mods before the problem started?

Could be something as simple as the vac line coming off the wastegate actuator

Lancer cc Gsr , 1.8 turbo stock... There's not much mod on it either than a pod-filter and a straight pipe from cat to a canon exhaust, the rest is stock.. trying installing a greddy bov but it doesnt fit into my car so i use back the stock bov and it start over-boosting after that .
thank

Pretty common to get a wastegate diagphram perforated from age and heat... consequently, all the boost in the world will never act on the diagphram and push the wastegate flapper open ! Try hooking a longer bit of hose to the daigphram nipple and trying blowing into it. If you cant, all is good. If you have to keep blowing it points to a holed/leaky diagphram.
