I no I've got oil feed line and oil drain line laying around doing nothing
And evocpe has a small 16 which would be perfect for a 93

•Port out exhaust manifold
•Oil feed and maybe little water line mods
•tdo5 dump pipe is required (maybe an oil filter relocation kit to clear the dump pipe)
•slight mod to front pipe to go from tdo5 dump pipe to stock exhaust
•grind a little off the block the compressor cover touches or comes REAL close
•Just dont screw the ass out of your boost levels
•front mount will help alot!! along with all the other mods but theyre not 100% nescassary

You dont absolutely need all those supporting mods for a small 16g,
•Port out exhaust manifold
•Oil feed and maybe little water line mods
•tdo5 dump pipe is required (maybe an oil filter relocation kit to clear the dump pipe)
•slight mod to front pipe to go from tdo5 dump pipe to stock exhaust
•grind a little off the block the compressor cover touches or comes REAL close
•Just dont screw the ass out of your boost levels
•front mount will help alot!! along with all the other mods but theyre not 100% nescassary
thanks for that man so wat will i be payin for a small 16 and would u know what a good clutch would be

^are the dump flanges the same?
no the dumps are different.
As well as the oil line and manifold requiring work. you will also need to drill out the water line fittings to 14.4 mm so that the td05 water line banjo bolts will go through. for the oil line I would just get a braided one from ebay as they are easier to fit and only 30ish dollars. the worry with drilling out the standard one is that there isn't much meat left after the hole has been enlarged enough for the bigger bolt to pass through. so it "can" leak if you arent accurate with the die grinder.
you will also have to change the angle of the front part of the exhaust to match up to the evo style dump pipe.
you will also need to "clock" the compressor housing a bit to get the waste gate actuator to miss the front roll stopper as well.
If you do decide to get a td05 in either 14b or 16g make sure you get the oil line banjo bolt as well as both water banjo bolts because the td04 bolts dont fit. unless you are good with an oxy torch you should also get the evo out let pipe as well because the td04 and tdo5 compressor outlet holes are offset 180 degree opposed. An evo 3 dump would be nice too ....but an evo 1/2 is ok on a 4g93t
so when you have done all the above.....which isnt really that hard..just sounds like it is. it will look like the picture below.

ok, tdo5 not worth doing then (unless i found a 20g or td06 at a good price).no the dumps are different.
if the stock mani has a t3 style flange bolt arrangement, can any gt30 garretts be mounted up?
if not, i might as well go a tube manifold (6boost if he makes one for the 93) & dump/front pipe mods.
cheers
