Update:

Got the tune a bit better.
Injector dead time settings and voltage stabliser helped IDLE ALOT!!!

No new pics at the moment.
Will hopefully give her a run shortly down the 1/4 while the weather is good.

Decided to build a new airbox for the AMG.
Made out of ALLOY - wrapped in CF wrap...

The box covers the battery and other ugly stuff.

Custom airbox (1).jpg Custom airbox (2).jpg Custom airbox (3).jpg Custom airbox.jpg

Still need to finish off plumback hose and a few other little things.

Found some worn sway bar end links. Thanks Travis for the new OEM parts... Also fixed a bunch of exhaust clearance issues. Cat was also stuffed. Completely collapsed.. Replaced with the VR4 one... Enjoy the pics..

I have converted the rear hubs to 5 stud.

Details are:

FTO = PN 4638 = 5 stud (incorrect)

TR Sedan Magna = PN 4288 = 5 stud (incorrect)

Galant FWD E33A = PN 4411 = 4 stud (stock replacement)

TR Wagon Magna = PN 4212 = 5 stud (correct for Galant E33A 5 stud rear upgrade)

Photos below of difference.

New setup getting there...

Currently getting some fab work done.

It'll be getting a custom catch can, intercooler piping, tb, intake, air box, radiator bracket, engine plates, Bov, Mid muffler, new cat, tow hook and water pipes.

All this because the auto gearbox was too big for the old intercooler piping.

One complete, I can finish off the wiring and auto conversion. 0c927d5178e5679e688d3cf6217a52e6.jpg7cc0cae4d00eb72aee55a123f153d465.jpgae02c5182c720e55e2828951f6f96011.jpgcdccd9f10f67d6b720defdb88fcf87c2.jpg6b6def0aa7d1da2959abaaf8040704a0.jpgc14374e978633a5d20801346fff863ba.jpg

Be old piping. You served me well.
