Hi mate, majority of us are from Australia and it's very rare for us to see a CM5A gsr.
Not sure if anyone would be able to help.
Here is a UK supplier for you.

Pretty sure they are different hoses to the Evo's but they're just hoses and I'm sure you can go to a shop and get the closest fit.

yeah its hard to get parts over here too,seems to be all new zealand and malaysia
