I have a set of the Racefab brackets on the way to me. :)

Will get a set of HEL braided brake lines made up, and will be ordering new discs and pads - looking at some coated, dimpled & grooved with Redstuff pads - it's a combination I have used on my VR-4 and a UKDM V6 Galant and been happy with (although the VR-4 was probably a little heavy for the set-up with standard brakes when on track), in fact amazing on the Galant when it went round the Ring a couple of years ago.

Already have a good quantity of ATE Super Blue brake fluid.

Also, if the standard RVR MC is 1", I think I have a spare EC5A/EC5W VR-4 MC in the garage from an auto with TCL & ASC, which are 17/16" as standard, like the Evo MC.

Well,that's my plan!

Also, if the necessary machining (as per Wae's original post) goes to plan, I'll look to take some new pictures to upload.

Not done this yet, and due to a shortage of time now before the Ring trip, I have kept the original brakes for now, just had them serviced, installed Carbotech XP8 pads in the front, along with complete fluid replacement with ATE Super Blue.

Will sort this properly eventually though!! :)

Hi guys I used TJ magna front hubs (V6 one with ABS)

and used the ABS sensors from the magna

rings cost very little from EBAY search "DRIVESHAFT CV JOINT ABS RELUCTOR RING 47 TEETH DAEWOO"

pressed in new bearings

a cam adjustment bolt (otherwise you end up with wicked NEG camber)

A little bit of modding to the hole for the tie rod end (as the magna one goes in from the wrong side, engineer bored it out for $40)

And new Lower ball joint( to fit Magna hubs)

The EVO 7 brembo's bolt straight up to this setup

Got braided lines made up

And new rotors (ones i got were a bit rusted)

I will put up the part numbers if anyone is interested.

And a pic later too don't have any close ups but they look great  :P

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall, torque is how far you take the wall with you.
