also might part with my chipped ECU

94 gsr plug in 'Hisham' chip.
stock chip installed - test welcome.

stock injectors/afm -- apparently makes it go a fair bit better :D , but thermo-fan needs switch cointrol. - test welcome

are these the genuine fans?or after market?....I am interested.

{smashed the blades on one of my stock fans}

regards the ecu......does you car have the switch in the radiator on the bottom on the drivers side?
if yes and the fans arent switching on...that could be your culprit. I have a spare....if you need to borrow to test it

thanks for the fans mate. appreciated !

I think she is a series 2 as the seats and the radiator not having the sensor in the bottom tank are the tell.

sorry to hijack, but
so you have no sender in bottom tank as well. that is the only part of the radiator i have and it had 2 indents but no bungs or threads or anything.
where your top rad hose goes into your engine, does it have a temp sender there? what is the wire colour to the sender? green with black trace? if you earth the sender, does fan start?
is it the same as mine?
