hey guys, my turn signals dont work but my hazards do & im not sure which one is the relay for it because i dont know where to find the english under dash fuse box diagram...any help would be gladly appreciated.

it's right up high in a white relay pannel above the fusebox. not sure if evos have more relays there but my coupe only has 1 or 2. the relays arn't labeled

if your taking about the fuse box in the driver side kick panel, yer its in the same place but has about 5 relays and its not label aswell, mayb get a test light to the switch and see if that giving out any signal, then work from there..

i had same issue, but problem was in the hazard switch on the dash, it was burnt out but hazards still worked
4g93t jumbuck conversion. PRANGED 18/3/12, CHECK MY MEMBER RIDES Page 11. no serious human injuries.
ON THE ENGINE STAND. g4cs 2.4l + Gt35r. PLUS: auto conversion + Awd coming.

how would i know if the hazards switch is burnt out?

i beleivethe hazard switch is a 6pin switch. 2 are earth/power for hazards and the 2 pairs are power for each side. considering hazzards still work and flash as normal i think your relay is fine. grab another relay from same era lancer. if worst come to worst i have one here spare

figured out the problem, needed a new turn signal switch, the old one was broken (contacts). Now after i changed it, i found out that there is no power going to my front left turn signal & the bulb is new so it flashes fast.
