Need a evo alternator as mine is somehow the wrong one and it has chewed the belts off.
If you have one to get rid off let me know.
RvR are the same according to caps and i think vr4's but unsure of that.?

From memory Chase, nimbus, vr4, cb gsr, sonata, Lantra, L300 (i think), E1, 2, 3 are all the same.

Recently dropped Evo 3 engine into CB GSR .... alternators are different (obvious difference in loom and plug mountings).
Also have a UF Nimbus (4G64) .... at a quick glance its alternator looks similar to my Evo 3 alternator.
RVR as I am aware are same as Evo 1-3 (4G63T).
Pretty sure HH 87-92 Galant VR4 are same as CB GSR so I doubt will plug up.
So basically, Lister is correct in saying that CB GSR, VR4, RVR will bolt up and align belts correctly, however pretty sure you will have trouble plugging up CB GSR and VR4 alternators. Double check the two parts of loom that secure with nuts as I'm certain this is where the differences lye.

As long as the belt lines up I can make it work.... I was looking at a l300 one I have at work and it looks very similar...

I put a ggsr motor in my coupe (cc) didn't have any alternator issues. And recently used cc alternator in my cb. I do have a spare if you need. Pm me. I can get part number if you want
Just as a side note I'm talking about dohc cbs. The starter motor is in same spot. Sohc is different I believe. Same as cc coupe. If it's crby it's on the front like evos. If it's efi (Glxi) it's at te back of the motor
