Dude that wiring plug is awesome. I assume it will be by the firewall somewhere so you can unplug the whole engine loom to make it easy to install/remove engine?

i've searched the the net and jay car for mil spec bulk head plug s I didn't like the ones I found

I want something that can be mounted (bolted riveted) to the firewall

Lol my mate sent me on a wild goose chase and they were all not to my liking ( either not enough pins or looked shit )

They look to be a Tyco connector. They call them high density circular connectors. And his look to be something like what they call a 'Marc 53' or 43 or however many pins it has. Farnell (now called element14) have something similar in Australia.

http://au.element14....es=2101+204652

Uncheck my search results to see the full range. Good luck trying to narrow it down to the one or two plugs that might suit!! :)

Guys, didn't notice you asked last time: I got it from LADD in the US. You can get bigger ones with more pins through Deutsch Autosport. Car is mostly stripped so no problem for me.

Car runs, idles nicely, low FP @ mid throttle. New fuel setup on the way. In the meantime, finishing up the wiring. Did the driver side door harness this morning, its the completed one in the pictures. Forgot to merge the two AMP connectors before heat shrinking the braided sleeving arghhh. Means there is 2 connectors to connect between the dash & driver door harness. OCD? Probably lol.

What will hopefully bring me to 600whp. According to BEP, the 259 billet comp wheel CAN make 600whp on a T3 exh housing. What I have is a cast 362 comp wheel and hopefully it will reach it. Otherwise, I will either switch the S262 for a S362, or attempt to reach my goals w/ the newer BatMoWheel billet comp wheels.

did you have the 362 wheel fitted yourself? and is it still the s259 comp cover?

Doug, it is the S259 cover. At least from what I can see when comparing both in pictures. The centre section is definately an S200 CHRA. The turbine is the 74-64 from bullseye, fits right in their .55 dsm housing. The compressor is 62-87. I don't know if any of these are actual BW parts. If this turbo doesn't bring me to 600 in a .85 housing, im moving to genuine BW turbos like the EFR or else.

Stripping the harness some more....

Car now runs on a handful of fuses and relays. Weight savings? :)

have you thought about using individual fuse holders now and removing the boxes completely?

revisiting this, I have received my .85 turbine housing and had a gtx35 comp wheel fitted.
I actually bought a s363 comp wheel but it was quite heavy so went with the gtx instead
