UPDATE: advanced inlet cam 4 degrees and its coming on boost much better, but i think i need a new boost gauge as it now surpasses the 20psi spot lol, oh and i need another tune as it now idles at 500rpm

the idle .....being at 500. did you reset the timing after doing the advance on the inlet cam?

You probably did....... but just in case you didn't....the C.A.S being on the end of the cam will now mean that the timing is out
