I had a cordia for a bit. Paid $50 for it with a collapsed rear wheel bearing, no bushes on the left brake reaction rod and a busted back window. After fixing I had it for 12 months or so and loved the twin gearsticks, eventually sold it to my sister.

Awesome resto skills there. Looks real nice. Both cars

Good kw on the 2.3 also.
With your w2a, do/can you monitor intake temps and pressure drop? Any comments or thoughts?
How big is the w2a radiator? Do you have a reservoir as well?
Using e85 or pulp?

The air to water intercooler is a series one VL turbo air to air intercooler converted by myself.

Inlet temps are monitored via the hand controller on the Wolf 4D, as for pressure drop I'm unsure, the dreaded turbo lag is minimal due to short inlet track.....but it hit 18 psi @ approx 3000rpm then went ballistic!!!

I did use an aftermarket oil cooler initially for cooling.......but I converted a TP magna air con condensor which works well and keeps temps down, I used the original "headlight" washer bottle as the reservoir which feeds a 17 l/p/m agricultural double rotor pump (which is rebulidable)

The 2.3 runs 98........but where I can I'll use Avgas. :)

Should put up some pics. Thanks for the interest.

I didnt know how big a t72 was till just then. But its a 900hp beast, bigger than a gt45r!! And you get boost that early. Sweet.
I can get a glimpse of it in the engine bay pic.

Can you tell me your cams?
And what air temps are you getting?
Is your water to the cooler lines the 8mm blue piping? And the top clear hose the bleed pipe to get the air out? Or is it water in the front hose and water out the topand a boost line on the back?

Your engine is similar to my goals and I have a w2a setup as well. My core is rated to 650 hp and it looks a little bigger than yours. Radiator for it is 10" square core. I was going to run without a reservoir but can always add one

I run Brian Crower 280's..........plus the JM Perfromance inlet manifold with EL Falcon throttle body and 800cc Precision injectors.

The air to water core is quite large..........comes in at 3.5 inches thick and has 4 internal rows........Oh......and I forgot to say I have two 12 inch fans to help with cooling.

I have used heater hose (underneath) with brass fittings for the lines.........the clear line is a breather back to the reservoir bottle with a one way valve to stop the cooler from completley draining when not in use.

Usual inlet temp is approx 10 degrees above ambient. (depending on actual ambient temp)

Thanks Travis........I actually had to get an inch taken off the runners and re-welded, otherwise the turbo would have been sitting in the radiator. :fuuuuu:
