The ECU has the part number: MN132750. To settle this I will just take some pics of the socket.

In QLD you are able to mod plate a bolt-in cage. This cage also allows you to retain the use of your rear seats.

My bad. It is indeed 3 plugs cause it's missing the reflash plug. However the three plugs will only fit into a four plug later model ecu with the spare one being used for obdii wiring. The newer three plugs use AMP plugs and are completely differently. Said 4 plug by accident cause the ones I tune and changed the ecus on are all 4 plugs now.

Any photos of the Evo 1-3/GSR Safety21 / cusco 4point bolt-in cage installed?
No pictures of the cage installed in my car but a friend has one that is the same and can probably get out to his workshop to take some pics if you like?
