Am looking at upgrading my fuel pump on my evo 5 and was wondering if anybody knew what the flow rate is on the stock pump and any suggestions on a good upgrade.

Have a Walbro 255 lph pump in my 6 running e85 no problems.
You can pick up 7,8,9 pumps for not much and they are relatively high capacity as well.

Based on my calcs the 'standard' 255L/hr Walbro is suitable for 4x 1000cc injectors at 100% duty cycle so would be fairly reasonable for E85 upto around 300kw.

+1 for Aeromotive. I know it's almost a straight fit to GSR/GTi cradles, not sure about the Evo V though. There are a few variations of nozzle/plug locations so might be worth checking against the factory pump.
Here are the 3 variants...
