Pearl Jam might not be exactly metal, but Eddie Vedder still has to be my all-time favourite male vocalist.
He sings with such emotion and grit that you cant help but be moved by it.

I love metal, really need to get back into it though as haven't listened to anything new in about 4 years.

Not exactly new news, but Lamb of god fans here may be interested to know that vocalist Randy Blythe is currently being held in prison czech republic regarding possible manslaughter charges at a previous show http://www.mtv.com/n...ythe-bail.jhtml

They sound pretty good Ted, i'll have to youtube them a bit more at work when I get a chance.
Also got my ticket to go see the amity affliction in adelaide soon. Can't wait, buried in verona are playing also.

Old school rock/metal alert - Aussie Tour in 2013 should be good.
I went to Motley Crue's Dr Feelgood tour in the early 90's in Sydney and had a fkn unbelievable time.
I wonder if Kiss and the Crue whom are in their 50's and 60's can still kick it and provide a great spectacular though?
Its all about the music and these guys have been doing it for a long time

I am a metal head. It started when I was 7 thanks to my brothers. To this day, my favourite music. Also like a lot of other music too, but this is my favourite.

 

I see a lot of posts about concerts. Im going to be a sour puss and say that I dont like them. I like to listen to music on my own terms and in my own chosen environment.

 

Anyone who has seen Metalacolypse, the episdoe at that concert where Toki is in the audience and there is that one guy that keeps yelling and screaming next to him and then Toki beats about 1/5 of his blood out of him... Yeah, that is how I feel at converts. I want to beat every one up. True story.
