Time for an update. Finally got it back on the dyno after some problems today. Made 350 awhp at 16 psi. Still got problems though. Engine is getting hot on power runs so it starts pulling timing, tps is fluctuating so itkeeps pulling fuel. Considering the Probs we had and what it made Im happy. I'll bring it home in a cuople of days and fix these two issues and hopefully get the tune finished. Sounds awesome revving to 8300:)

Suppose it's time for an update. Due to work commitment and the bloody heat it's been slow progress but it's coming along. I had a heater core out of a truck fitted next to the radiator to help with the overheating issue on power runs. The guy hat did the work seemed confident it would fix the problem. Tps problem is also now fixed. I've spent today sorting out oil lines and fixing a few leaks. Also started to fit the 4ws eliminator kit seems straight forward. Big week coming up for the car. Monday ac gets regassed, tues pick up my dogbox, twinplate clutch and 465lph walbro. Also fit the walbro tues night. Wed get the tune cleaned up. Thurs new window tint. Seriously considering building a bulletproof shortblock for it now and running it on e85.

got it dynoed the other day just a quick tune as im going to run it on e85 soon but at least now I can put my foot down and know its ok. Made 414awhp on 19psi. still got to change a few things couple of restrictions that need to go. it goes bloody hard though for 414hp. also it was 35deg day which didnt help. The second radiator helped with it only getting hot on 4500rpm tuning. Should have my dogbox and twin plate in next saturday. Mods to come are 6boost main, new rear turbo housing, new dump, e85, bigger injectors, revised turbo intake(needs more cool air air temps were reaching 55-60deg when tuning)hoping to get some kms on it this weekend with the new box should be fun. Also got new rotors pads and braided lines to go on this week.Cant upload photos for some reason ill get some up tomorrow

What ecu are you using?

Over heating at 4500rpm tuning is it?

Good power!
What is your goal?

From where your filter is, i am extending the pipe and putting the filter in the fender with it all boxed off and ducted into the front bar.
i may have a spare 4" stainless elbow. as i have 2. One is 6" and other is 4" radius. but you can get it cheaper if you use silicone hose

Yeah it was overheating when held at 4500 while tuning. I'm running a haltech e8 but I will be swapping to a platinum 2000 soon. I'm hoping to get 550 awhp and with he changes I'm goin to make it should be easily doable

I was also considering that as well but I was also thinking about putting the second radiator there too

G'day mate
I've got no cooling issues when stationary(when the fan is working) only when hi rpm is held on the dyno. I've driven I on 40 deg days with no prob. Saying that though I would imagine that living in Townsville it will get hot quickly when you put your foot down. Is your radiator a good quality one or an eBay job.

My radiator is a ebay one but 3core and the fan is fully shrouded. I have a full size koyo radiator here and it's better quality then that. I guess I better just hope for the best as I don't have much room at all to play with

Ive got a 3 core too. I got a quote from a radiator shop here in Perth to get a hi performance custom radiator made(wasnt cheap). I think that will be my next step.
