Hey Guys,
I now have a CC GSR. Wanted to get your opinion on a brake upgrade for this car that is the easiest and most cost effect i can do on my driveway at home with limited tools.
Also, is there a way i can run an evo 7 or 9 steering wheel in the car?
Keep me posted! Thanks!

okay first .
You want to do a brake upgrade but wanna do it cheap?
only upgrade you can really do is either upgrade your pads and discs.
if you want to increase your brakes ie size, tr, ts magna or fto front steering nuckles and brake assembly will upgrade you to a twin piston and 276mm disc but also a 5 stud .
there are kits around if you wanna spend a couple of grand but as above is what i have done recently and i worked a bunch , overall including rebuilding the nuckles with new bearings , new pads , rebuilt kit for calipers and discs cost me around 300.
As for your rears mate the sky is the limit
and remember, wanna upgrade? expect to pay

you can just upgrade to ev0 1-3 brakes
or vr4 /verada calipers with vr4 or evo rotors (still 4 stud)
rears are the same as evo anyway.
with regard to the steering wheel the shaft spline is the same but you would also need the airbag to fill the hole and it most likely wont cancel your indicators

Yea id like to keep the 4 stud. Like i said above im not cheap....... But iam cheap!!
Maybe just upgrade the fronts somewhat. No to fussed about the rears for now. probably happy to spend 500 - 800 on fronts.
Rota and Caliper.

An Evo 1-3 twin piston upgrade up front with decent pads all round will be heaps. Easy upgrade! 15" Wheels minimum from then on though.
I also recommend the Evo 1-3 1" brake master cylinder too.
Pad choice will depend on the type of driving you do in the car. Many options out there.
