Howdy,

Here is my 1993 GSR.
I have sold up my perfectly running 2001 GT Forester to get dirty with this oldie, as i always had a soft spot in my heart for an Evo///.

So here she is as i got her fresh from the car dealer:

2898nxc.jpg

Ugly tiny wheels, crappy kit, some windows tinted some are not lol.
Please keep an eye out on few things selling soon for dirt cheap. Track-day wheels anyone ;) ? lol

Few bits coming in the post to start the project, as it needs attention in few areas to be bearable.
But im planing to hold on to this for a while and build her ground up. 2L conversion, respray etc etc. Don't want to sound like a Gunna, so will update this thread as things happen.

Good stuff mate! You'll certainly find plenty of info and quite possibly parts on this forum. Looking forward to seeing the transformation.

PS - I like the "Gunna" statement, I hate it when people post their hopes and dreams for their car and then never follow through, this is a refreshing change and why I posted!

The kit is "crappy" because its not genuine, so its not 100% perfect in my eyes. No short cuts with this car. Genuine evo3 skirts and rear wind already making their way by post :) Slowly but surelly ill collect the whole lot and know its 100% fit and genuine gear. (Im anal when it comes to projects).

So to start things off these two arrived today:

Thanks Qik, i think so too. Much neater and keeps up with the old skool image.

Missile: Waiting for mitsu shifter assembly bushings. Once i get those ill wait till weekend to put the three lots of bushings all in along with gearbox fluid change.

Also my genuine E3 bonnet has arrived also. Thats about it for updates.
Fingers crossed, going to go and look at a GSR with VR4 conversion done already. Will see if engine is any good etc as its going for peanuts.
