Rocker cover was done by my mate who is a auto spray painter.

The cover was in 2pac. Hes my mate so did it for cheap. Feel free to give him a call (David 0450-747-981), if he asks where you got his number from tell him Vadim passed it on (me).

Quick update:
Replaced stock 80LPH fuel pump for Aeromotive 340LPH
2L is getting finally put back together:
12mm ARP head studs, CHECK. Cometic metal head gasket, CHECK.
Cool problem solved.....right?
Oh hello alternator... care to spoon and make some killing heat?
Problem solved Ceramic coated!

Replacement ocker cover went to Dahtone to get some fittings welded on. (Pretty painted one got sold as welding would have made the mess of it
While at it might as well send it away to get sand-blasted along with the fuel rail for an even better finish:

While at it might as well shave away any factory aluminium cast marks etc
Cool, so all ready for paint now??
After sand-blasting heaps of sand got under the breather plate, so nothing left to do but to drill it out, wash it/degrease it and send back to Dahtone to weld the plate back in lol.
After that its going to get painted

Make sure you really rinse out the rocker cover with a high powered water pressure washer to ensure you flush any blasting media from the little baffles and crevices inside the rocker cover.

First of all a big thanks to EVL20T, this guy is an evo guru who has absolutelly amased me with his knowledge and firm assuring work concept. ... at one stage i was having doubts if he was even human....
2 Days of day and night battle... car should be on the road sometime this week... fingers crossed.
Meanwhile few shots
(Man in the above pic is so evil that camera wasn't able to capture him ....aka EVL20T).
Cabin wiring and engine bay wiring now replaced to Evo3 loom with full climate control for that baller comfort
