Hi first up here are a few pics of my long time project, its a Les Walkden/Ed Ordynski evo 3 . The plan is to make it a hillclimb/track car but at the moment its getting some panel work done to get it ready for me to start work, so im just slowley collecting parts for my build.
And here are a few pics of my girlfriends GSR that we are fixing up, plans are to keep it semi stock for the time being and then when she gets more confident with it we can do some more work on it and then she can start racing it.

Ive been meaning to say I dont think that wing is suitable for an evo 3
Ideal for an evo 2 though I suspect
I actually made my own wing because I couldnt get a good one like that, mind you it is 1810mm wide

Ahh cool sounds interesting wouldnt mind giving it a crack, as for my wing it is 1550mm long and 260mm wide so not massive but should do the job.

No real update on these two cars, but as the evo will prob be a year or more before its done we went out and got a cheap GSR to race ... will get some pics up in the next few days. Was a good buy though with td05 16g, FMIC, evo injectors, upgraded fuel pump and a whiteline rear swaybar already fitted. It wasn't running right and it ended up being a spark plug lead arcing out onto the head (melted boot) and one spark plug only sitting in . It was an old show car so had a gross blue and black velour interior and purple pearl paint

Also giving it a respray in plum purple so it looks a little better without having to go in to the rego office to change the colour on its papers

Here's how the white CC GSR is looking.
Ditched the old cracked fibreglass front lip, found a genuine red one and painted it black for something a little different. Bought a set of amber side indicators and new headlights. Bought a set of JDM fog lights from one of the members here, so that's the next mod for the front end. Front bumper is broken and sitting a bit lower than usual, so that still needs attention. Also has a 3" exhaust with Jasma muffler (thanks jstyle!), but that will come off soon to go on the purple GSR.
I sold the silver BSA 15"s that had bob jane all-*blunders* on there. Replaced them with a set of 15" no name black wheels to rock the black & white jdm look (safer tyres too). Fingers crossed, Hendo will be getting a set of the white standard oz rally rims which I will be nicking to put on it. I might end up painting the front lip white later on to match the white wheels.
