*new front a rear engine mounts
*timing belt, harmonic balancer and water pump just replaced

Has a couple of scrapes on the front lip aside from that the rest of the body is immaculate for the age of the car. Interior is all genuine, Recaro seats are in amazing condition no tears or deformation, momo steering wheel has virtually no wear.

All parts used are quality parts. Serviced every 5000km with Penrite full zinc oil. Evo 3 gearbox just installed, replaced synchro rings and serviced with redline heavy shockproof oil ($169 for 3.75L). Has rego until August 2013. I don't really want to have to sell it but no longer have a company car so I'm having to use this as a daily and I'd rather get something more practical as a daily. Asking $16,000 Ono

Thanks boys

I have kept it very clean and spent a lot of money to get it to the condition it's in today both mechanically and body work. Whoever buys it will love it.

It's definately a genuine Evo 1 cd9a, how do I find out if it can be registered interstate?

Oscar, it's been road tuned so it hasn't been on a dyno, I've been meaning to throw it on just out of curiosity but haven't had the chance. I ran an 11.8 @ 120mph on my previous 100 octane tune, now it's on Eflex and goes much better.

To be able to be NSW registered, cant be a repv vin numbered

if you look on the rego papers see what the Vin is should be ????cd9a00012456 ect
the fist set of letters (digits) before the cd9a00012456 is what determines weather it can be registered in NSW or not

Vin starts with 6T9 there's a chassis number that starts with cd9a but there's no letters before it.

After the 6T9 does it have REPV ? Im guessing it will..

Would be easier if you just posted the whole VIN.

That way, interested buyers can check with there local authority.

its whats on the registration sticker vin that matters here

Oh well...that VIN counts out anyone from NSW who was thinking of buying it...RMS want nothing to do with any cars that have that prefix.
Not sure about what the other states will allow.... but NSW laws suck dogs balls.

That are BIG shame... EVO 1 got a surrogate Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
NSW don't believe in that. It have to that Australia improve plate at firewall. And this is import vehicle need import aswell.

But check this out it, will tell you everything!
Is at the bottom of the Page.

I hear that is still good at Queensland, South Australia, Victoria and north Territory but check with each states vehicle station!
