im lookin into putting a turbo or not cyborg motor into my wifes mirage, wot do i need other than the engine and box to do this?
i no i no its prob not worth it but we have a lack of funds for a new car and it wud b more fun to inject some steroids into the mirage instead of buying some shitbox.

Depends on what year you have buddy. Also, if fund are an issue- you're much better off and selling it and buying something else that someone has already but the big $$$ into

But my goal was $11k for 11s 1/4 times (including purchase of car), and if the ute wasn't smashed and then painted then I was pretty much on track. (now looks like 10s for 20k)
But it depends how resourceful and what you can do yourself.
My turbo conversion cost me $1400. But I did everything from rebuilding head/ gearbox, my wiring loom had been cut with a oxy torch. And I sold the old engine and gearbox.
