Hey peeps
I've just upgraded to a td06 with external gate
Using my atmo bov which I had on previously.
Problem is that now the bov isn't opening under at shift (or at all) I checked the vac line and its getting suction and psi (it's still not opening with no vac source as well) I can push the valve open by hand so it doesn't seem stuck. I did take the bov apart and paint the top of it. So maybe I haven't assembled it right. Do I maybe have to regrease it?

Use rubber grease.
Or if we are continuing the jokes, just spit on it.

The re grease seams to have solved the problem. Because I'm now running the external gate it's hitting 10psi instead of the 22 it used to Untill tune. So not as loud as previous. Sounds good as though
