you can actually buy them off ebay , they come from nz and are genuine and cheaper then the 15% exhaust shops put on top to make profit

looking at the hangers near the exhaust tips.... the Varex came off a VT-VZ 5.7lt kit..... just if anyone needs more info on it....

you can all you need is a electronic boost gauge. cannibalize the sender unit. plumb it pre throttle body so it doesn't see vacuum. supply it with power an use the signal wire as the trigger you. may want to rig it to a tacho so you know what rpm signal corresponds to you max boost and program the new rpm signal varex controller accordingly

Not much different than having it open at say 4k in second by the time it opens you'd be in third and below 4k again.
