i have a small 1/4mile video with lowboost from my own car.

Colt AWD 4g63 with 3th/4th straight cut.

but after the race you can hear the straight cut gears how it sounds without load.

at fullthrottle its like a stock gearbox and you can see nothing shift issures.

Watch the drivers side wing mirror @0.31, you can actually see the other drivers soul get crushed and stomped on as Mattias grabs third.

He told me that he got a call and they asked him to pick it up from customs.

I think that's a bit weird because I paid for delivery to his address; the DHL docket shows his delivery address on it, so I don't know what the go is there?

Maybe he has to pay an import fee on it? Just waiting to hear back from him.

Actually Shayne, I misunderstood him. he said that he couldnt pick it up yesterday because he was at work til late.

But he messaged me a short time ago and he now has it.

I checked UPS and its been delivered.

Just messaged on FB.

He has a 4th gear upgrade already set aside for me But your 3rd/4th/centre upgrade will take 4-6 weeks.

We'll get both posted back to us at once. I can wait.

Postage there was $236AU. Dont worry about paying me for postage there til we work out postage back.

 

Even though we saved in postage using UPS rather than AustPost, he got slugged with an import fee.

He sent me a picture of the receipt he had to pay German customs = 117 EURO ($166AU).

Govts just have to get their hands on $$ dont they?? lol... so we will have to go in halves there too.

 

So far we are up for $236AU postage + $166AU customs \

Jjust to get it to him = $402AU = $201AU each.

Yeah no worries mate - it's all part of the fun.  Does he want us to paypal him at least the import fees now so he's not out of pocket?  I feel bad for him having to shell out his own coin for our parts.

I'm going to make payment in a couple of weeks (bad timing for me due to having to buy a new headgasket and headstuds.

Matthias is currently obtaining a postage quote back to us in Australia.

Then I'll be making payment to him tomorrow night if Shayne's deposit clears overnight

Will post actual costs we encountered in $AU at the end of this venture to give you guys an idea in 'real cost'.
